Since 1 January 2024, Coverpla has organised 33 « Vis ma vie » (‘Live my life’) days in-house. The idea is simple. On the occasion of their birthday, each company employee chooses to spend a day working in pairs with one of their colleagues: in the workshop, logistics, planning, etc.
This immersion gives them a better understanding of the challenges and constraints of a job or department, so that they can work more effectively together in real-life situations.
An order picker in the Logistics department, Alexandre chose to join Carole and Robert in the Export department. ‘I discovered the process from A to Z: from sales management to the completion of orders. I’ve gained a better understanding of customer constraints, particularly those relating to schedules at each stage of the chain’.
