Coverpla plays a part in the success of Maison Ipekyol’s signature fragrances

From its stylish, contemporary and sustainable ready-to-wear to the launch of a fragrance line, Turkish label Ipekyol chooses its words carefully. It relished collaborating with Coverpla thanks to the breadth of the supplier’s mix-andmatch offer, its turnkey service and its agility when it comes to dealing with market fluctuations.

Turkish brand Ipekyol does not just manufacture clothing, it invents lifestyles for the contemporary woman, offering her a range of scenarios from elegant basics to timeless clothing made to respect human beings and the environment. Its fragrance line was created with the same ethos: it is both beautiful and sustainable. For its new Eaux de Parfum, the brand turned to Coverpla, sharing its ambitions and its challenges.

Anchored in its era

For its Eaux de Parfum, Maison Ipekyol chose three bottle designs in 100ml formats and matching caps made from wood and Surlyn. Designed by Coverpla, Firenze has a rounded base reminiscent of that of a champagne flute It is paired here with an Azero cap, a wooden model fitted with a PP insert. The latter stands out not just for its generous shape, but also because it was designed to fit directly onto the shoulders of the bottle. The brand chose a black version, with a label and ribbon to match. The second model is the Gala bottle, a must-have in the Coverpla catalog selected here with a crimped neck. The Vintage wooden cap completes the minimal esthetic in a wenge shade, almost black. The décor is created thanks to screen-printing.
The third design is the Kubos bottle with its squat shape, combined with the Tendance cap overmolded in Surlyn, created in black and enhanced with the logo hot-stamped in shiny gold.

Matching the market tempo

Once more playing the partnership card, Coverpla accompanied this launch and rose to a number of challenges. As soon as it hit the market, the new line was an immediate success, putting pressure on the supply chain. Coverpla’s team welcomed rising to the challenge of renewing orders.
